ABOUT OUR STUDIO

The VDC Studio is a digital delivery consultancy team led by Bahaa Hajar and supported by an internationally-oriented team. Bahaa Hajar is a digital engineering, BIM and VDC specialist, ISO practitioner, construction engineering instructor and LEED Green Associate with a construction engineering background and over 12 years of international and canadian experience in the built environment. He has worked closely with project teams to implement rigorous information management frameworks and digital workflows that improve collaboration, enhance decision‑making, and optimize project outcomes across all phases of the asset lifecycle.

The VDC Studio supports owners, designers, and project teams in transforming how buildings are planned, managed, and delivered. The studio specializes in information management implementation, BIM, and advanced digital delivery practices that enable structured, data‑driven project execution.
